特点：
1 、 利用 Ansys 技术对齿轮强度进行有限元分析 ， 同时对螺旋齿面作齿形和导程修整， 以降低齿轮啮合的冲击和躁音， 增加齿轮系的使用寿命。
2、齿轮材料选用优质低碳合金钢，经过渗碳淬火达到HRC60左右 ， 使用离精密机床加工， 保证齿轮的精度在IS05级以下， 从而获得最佳的耐磨性相耐冲击性；
3、齿圈与输出法兰采用一体化设计， 采用优质钢穗，经热锻成形 ，从而获得很高的材料密度。 体化设计能保证所有几何尺寸 夹装式等结何相比真萄更高的精度和强度；
4、行星轮轴承采用不含保持架之满滚针输承，增大速机输出扭矩和刚性；
5、采用笼式行星架和输出轴一体化， 两端轴承支撑， 确保更高强度和精度；
6、输入轴与电机采用份体式夹紧 ，经过动平衡测试，确保在高输入转速时的同轴度和零背隙动力传动； 
7 、使用全合成油脂，饺IP65防沪等级的密封设计，确保润滑油不泄漏免维护。

Features:

1. Using Ansys technology to conduct finite element analysis on gear strength, while modifying the tooth profile and lead of the spiral tooth surface, in order to reduce the impact and noise of gear meshing and increase the service life of the gear system.
2. The gear material is made of high-quality low-carbon alloy steel, which has been carburized and quenched to reach around HRC60. It is processed using high-precision machine tools to ensure that the accuracy of the gear is below IS05 level, thereby obtaining the best wear resistance and impact resistance;
3. The gear ring and output flange adopt an integrated design, using high-quality steel spikes that are hot forged to achieve high material density. Body design can ensure higher accuracy and strength in all geometric dimensions of clamping structures compared to real grapes;
4. The planetary gear bearings adopt full needle roller bearings without retaining frames to increase the output torque and rigidity of the high-speed machine;
5. Adopting a cage type planetary carrier and integrated output shaft, supported by bearings at both ends, ensuring higher strength and accuracy;
6. The input shaft and motor are clamped in a split type and undergo dynamic balance testing to ensure coaxiality and zero backlash power transmission at high input speeds;
7. Using fully synthetic grease, the dumpling has an IP65 anti Shanghai sealing design, ensuring that the lubricating oil does not leak and is maintenance free.
