  • 产品概述:
    转向箱又名换向器、转向器,是一种动力传达机构,是减速机中的一个系列,在工业领域有很广泛的应用。转向箱目前已经实现了标准化和规格多样化。转向箱有单轴、双横轴、单纵轴,双纵轴可选。速比1:1、1.5:1、2:1、2.5:1、3:1、4:1、5:1全部为实际传动比。转向箱可以正反运转,低速或高速传动平稳。转向箱当速比不是1:1时,横轴输入、纵轴输出为减速,纵轴输入、横轴输出为增速。
    产品结构:
    1、机壳:采用高钢性FC-25铸铁铸造;
    2、齿轮:采用优质高纯净度合金钢50CrMnT调质加工,经渗碳淬火处理及研磨而成;
    3、主轴:采用优质高纯净合金钢40Cr调质加工,具备高悬重负荷能力。
    4、轴承:配备具重负荷能力的滚锥轴承;
    5、油封:采用进口双唇油封,具有极高的防尘防漏油能力。
    性能特点:
    1、T系列螺旋伞齿轮转向箱,标准化,多品种,速比全部为实际传动比,平均效率达98% 。
    2、螺旋伞齿轮转向箱有单轴、双横轴、单纵轴、双纵轴可选。 
    3、齿轮转向箱可以正反运转,低速或高速传动平稳,而且噪声低,振动小,承受力大。
    4、当速比不为1:1时,横轴输入、纵轴输出为减速,纵轴输入、横轴输出为增速。

    安装前注意事项:
    1、转向箱在使用前应对安装轴进行清洗,并检查安装轴是否有碰伤、污物,若有应全部清除干净。 
    2、转向箱的使用温度为 0~40 ℃。 
    3、检查与转向箱联接的孔的配合尺寸是否符合要求,孔的公差应为H7。 
    4、使用前应将最高位处的堵塞换上排气螺塞,保证转向箱运行时排出体内气体。

    安装与维护:
    1、转向箱只能安装在平的、减震的、抗扭的支撑结构上。 
    2、在任何情况下,不允许用锤子将皮带轮、联轴器、小齿轮或链轮等敲入输出轴上,这样会损坏轴承和轴。
    3、转向箱安装后,检查是否灵活。正式使用请必须进行空载试验,在运转正常的情况下,再逐步加载运转。 
    4、转向箱严禁超过额定载荷使用。 
    5、转向箱在使用前和工作中应检查油位是否正常。

    润 滑:
    1、初期使用二周或100-200小时,为初摩耗期,这之间可能有少许金属摩耗粉粒,请务必清洁内部,并换新润滑油。 
    2、长期使用时,每半年至一年或1000-2000小时更换一次润滑油。
    3、转向箱润滑油采用中国石油全效齿轮油90-120度,低转速、轻负荷条件,建议采用全效齿轮油90度,重负荷、高温的条件,建议采用全效齿轮油120度。


    The steering box, also known as the commutator or steering gear, is a power transmission mechanism and a series of reducers that have a wide range of applications in the industrial field. The steering box has now achieved standardization and diversified specifications. The steering box has single axis, double horizontal axis, single vertical axis, and dual vertical axis options. The gear ratios of 1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1, 2.5:1, 3:1, 4:1, and 5:1 are all actual transmission ratios. The steering box can operate in both directions, with smooth transmission at low or high speeds. When the speed ratio of the steering box is not 1:1, the horizontal axis input and vertical axis output are deceleration, and the vertical axis input and horizontal axis output are acceleration.

    Product structure:

    1. Shell: Made of high steel FC-25 cast iron;
    2. Gear: Made of high-quality high-purity alloy steel 50CrMnT, quenched and tempered, carburized, quenched and ground;
    3. Spindle: Made of high-quality and high-purity alloy steel 40Cr quenched and tempered, with high hanging load capacity.
    4. Bearings: equipped with tapered roller bearings with heavy load capacity;
    5. Oil seal: Adopting imported double lip oil seal, it has extremely high dust and oil leakage prevention ability.
    Performance characteristics:
    1. The T-series spiral bevel gear steering box is standardized, with multiple varieties and all speed ratios based on actual transmission ratios, with an average efficiency of 98%.
    2. The spiral bevel gear steering box has single axis, double horizontal axis, single vertical axis, and double vertical axis options.
    3. The gear steering box can operate in both forward and reverse directions, with smooth low-speed or high-speed transmission, low noise, low vibration, and high load-bearing capacity.
    4. When the speed ratio is not 1:1, the horizontal axis input and vertical axis output are deceleration, and the vertical axis input and horizontal axis output are acceleration.

    Precautions before installation:
    1. Before using the steering box, the installation shaft should be cleaned and checked for any scratches or dirt. If any, they should be completely removed.
    2. The operating temperature of the steering box is 0-40 ℃.
    3. Check whether the fitting size of the hole connected to the steering box meets the requirements, and the tolerance of the hole should be H7.
    4. Before use, the blockage at the highest position should be replaced with an exhaust plug to ensure that the gas inside the steering box is discharged during operation.

    Installation and maintenance:
    1. The steering box can only be installed on a flat, shock-absorbing, and torsion resistant support structure.
    2. Under no circumstances is it allowed to use a hammer to drive pulleys, couplings, small gears, or sprockets onto the output shaft, as this will damage the bearings and shaft.
    3. After installing the steering box, check for flexibility. For official use, it is necessary to conduct a no-load test, and gradually load and operate it under normal operation.
    4. It is strictly prohibited to use the steering box beyond the rated load.
    5. The steering box should be checked for normal oil level before use and during operation.

    Lubrication:
    1. The initial wear period is two weeks or 100-200 hours of use, during which there may be a small amount of metal wear powder particles. Please be sure to clean the interior and replace with new lubricating oil.
